Sometimes when you are working on a large project, you lose track of the overall user case of the application and it's larger scope. Marwan not only explains, he made me care about the product as he tells stories from the perspective of our uses, our company, our vision and our developers. Truly an eye opening delivery which I was absolutely not expecting.
First off I want to say, I rarely feel spoken to directly during a corporate training. This was really different! From the start of the session the trainer really made us feel connected with a common goal, and by the end of the session I felt that I gained new insight that makes me care more about the work that I do and the impact it has. Just want to say thanks!
As a non-technical person, it's intimidating to have to learn about products that require what I would consider "a lot of technical knowladge". However I thuraly enjoyed this week in training. Everything was presented at a level that everyone could understand, we were really engaged and had plenty of oppertunity to ask questions and repeat some topics which really helped us grasp some of the more difficult bits. Now looking back I really did lean a whole lot in a few days!
